Daniel Cohen is a quantum engineer and theoretical quantum physicist specializing in quantum technologies, including quantum computing and quantum sensing/metrology. Currently, they serve as a postdoctoral researcher at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and as a quantum engineer at eleQtron GmbH. Previously, Daniel worked as a teaching assistant at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and as an applied scientist at Amazon. They completed a Doctor of Philosophy and a Master of Science in Physics, both from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree magna cum laude from the same institution. Daniel has received prestigious awards, including the Clore fellows programme scholarship in 2020 and the Millner fellowship in 2019.
