At Elerian AI we set out on a journey to build genuine open domain conversational AI. We are now using this technology to transform call centres with fluent automated conversations.

With most callers still preferring to communicate with contact centres using voice – it is our mission to prove that voice based digital assistants can offer a great, human-like caller experience.

Our work around individualised human modelling, behavioural analytics and sentiment and emotion detection allow us to understand callers better. We focus on what we can do best so that our partners can provide a great customer experience both with inbound calls and outbound sales and marketing campaigns.

We are currently rolling out the Elerian AI Digital Agent across contact centres in South Africa, the UK and the USA.

Partner with us today to automate fluent conversations with your customers, with easy-to-use solutions that deliver a great caller experience in voice and text.
