Erko Nomm

Erko Nomm has extensive experience in IT service management, currently serving as the IT Service Management Team Lead at Elering since December 2018, where responsibilities include implementing Site Reliability Engineering practices and leading a team focused on IT services and SCADA systems. Prior to this role, Erko held positions as IT Service Manager and Infrastructure Project Manager at Elering, IT Service Manager at Omniva, and Service Manager and IT Infrastructure Systems Developer at Stora Enso, where incident, change, and problem management were key responsibilities. Earlier in the career, Erko worked as an IT Support Specialist at Elnetsec OÜ and as an IT Specialist. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Information and Communication Technology Administration from Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences and a Master's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management of Information Technology from Tallinn University.
