Peep Soone

Peep Soone is an experienced finance and risk management professional with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as the Chief Risk Officer and Head of Treasury at Elering since April 2001, Peep is also a member of the Management Board and holds the position of CFO. Prior to this role, Peep worked as the Head of Management Accounting Department at Eesti Energia AS from November 1998 to March 2001, and held investment-related positions at Forekspank from December 1994 to November 1998. Early in the career, Peep was the Manager of the Control Centre at Keila Electrical Networks from June 1988 to August 1993. Peep's educational background includes an MBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh and an MA in Electrical Engineering from Tallinn Technical University.
