Roger Ote is an IT security activist with a strong foundation in technology and automation gained from their education at Viljandi Vocational Training Centre. They founded the technology festival InterLAN, which originated from school LAN parties and grew to become one of Estonia's largest tech events. Roger progressed from IT Specialist to IT Manager at Viljandi Jakobson School, and later held various roles, including Cyber Security Architect at Elering and Information Technology Security Specialist at the Information Technology Centre of the Ministry of the Environment.
