Triin T.

Triin T. has extensive experience in project management and digitalization within the public sector. They served as Competence Manager at the Estonian Ministry of Finance from 2011 to 2012, followed by roles as Project Coordinator and Project Manager at various organizations, including Elering, where they currently manage IT product development processes and change initiatives. Triin held the position of Digitalization Project Manager at Eesti Energia from 2021 to 2023, where they developed and implemented strategies for employee experience domains. They earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Audentese Ülikool and are currently pursuing a Master's degree in eGov and technology at TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology.
