Elesonic Group – Corporate Profile

Elesonic Group traces its origins to 1965, built on a long-standing commitment to advancing healthcare technology. In January 2005, Elesonic Medical Systems was formally established, focusing on the trading of medical equipment including X-ray machines, C-Arms, ultrasound systems, and ECG machines. The company quickly gained strong market acceptance due to its quality products and dependable service.

Encouraged by this growth, the Group established its own in-house X-ray manufacturing facility in 2006. In 2016, the manufacturing division was formally incorporated under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs as Elesonic Healthcare Private Limited. Since then, the company has expanded significantly, manufacturing X-ray and C-Arm systems while strengthening its reputation in the medical imaging sector.

The manufacturing unit is located on the outskirts of Kolkata, India, with the National Sales Office based in Pune.
Global Expansion
In 2019, Elesonic Group formally commenced operations in West Africa, establishing Elesonic Medical Systems Nigeria Limited as its regional base. The company has been a Gold Sponsor of Medic West Africa since 2019, demonstrating its continued commitment to the region’s healthcare development.
In 2020, operations were extended to East Africa, with Uganda serving as the regional base.
Also in 2019, the Group registered Elesonic Medical Systems Canada Inc. to support international procurement and develop an R&D setup aimed at serving the North Atlantic and European markets. Development activities are ongoing.
