Andreas Busch is currently the Senior Vice President of CMC and Quality at eleva, a position they have held since 2019. They previously served as the Chief Operating Officer and as the Director of Operations & Regulatory Affairs at Greenovation Biotech. They completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Copenhagen from 2010 to 2012, where they researched protein interactions and salt tolerance in plants. Before that, they were a postdoctoral fellow at Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster and conducted their doctoral research at Friedrich Schiller University Jena, culminating in a Diplom-Biologe in 2004. Their early research experience includes a diploma thesis at the Leibniz Institute for Natural Product Research and an assistantship at the University of Pennsylvania.
