David Tomlinson

David Tomlinson is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations and SVP of ISP Operations at Elevate® since February 2022, where David previously held the role of Vice President Operations for Telcom Networks. David is also the Director and Founder of Harben Property Investment Ltd since February 2020. Prior to Elevate®, David held multiple senior positions at Hyperoptic Ltd. from November 2013 to January 2020, including Director of Field Operations and Head of Field Engineering and Logistics, overseeing the delivery of 1 Gig Fibre Broadband services. At AVC Group, from October 2011 to July 2013, David was responsible for Head of Field Operations and ensured top-tier customer service through strategic resource planning. Earlier in their career, David worked at Sky in various capacities, including Programme Delivery Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager, where David focused on enhancing supply chain processes and implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies. David holds a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from Claudius Consulting and a Professional Certificate in Business Management from Nottingham Trent University.
