Rob Baltzer

Rob Baltzer is an experienced venture capitalist and angel investor, currently serving as a Venture Capitalist at Elevate Capital Fund since June 2021 and as Principal for an angel investment group since December 2020. Prior roles include Co-Founder and Lead Investor at Oculis Mountain Side from April 2020 to August 2022 and various software and firmware development positions, including iOS Developer roles at Nike and Balance Software, as well as Firmware Engineer at HP. Rob Baltzer has a strong technical background, evidenced by work as a Senior Software Engineer at Compound Photonics and Avnera Corporation and ownership of Firmtech Labs, LLC, where firmware for innovative data-collection systems was developed. Rob Baltzer earned a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech, with earlier education at Richmond Community High School.
