Jonathan Young, CFA, has a broad range of experience in various senior management roles. Jonathan is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Elevate K-12, where they focus on transforming traditional K-12 classroom settings through engaging and outcome-driven learning experiences. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Customer Success and Professional Services at CommerceIQ, where they helped consumer brands achieve profitable market share growth through intelligent automation. Earlier in their career, Jonathan served as Executive Vice President of North America Sales & Shopper Technology at Kantar, where they developed and commercialized sales and shopper technology solutions. Jonathan also led the North America eCommerce & Omnichannel practice and served as a Vice President of Consulting at Kantar. Before joining Kantar, Jonathan worked as a Senior Brand Manager at Nestlé Waters North America and as a Brand Manager at Colgate Palmolive, where they achieved significant growth for both companies. Jonathan began their career as an Analyst and later served as an Assistant Vice President at Merrill Lynch.

Jonathan Young, CFA holds an MBA in General Management from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008. Jonathan also holds a BA in Economics from William & Mary, which they obtained from 1997 to 2001. In addition, they are a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certified by the CFA Institute since 2004.
