Brian Mims has over 20 years of work experience, beginning with a role as a Technical Product Support Specialist at Netopia, Inc. in 2000. In 2006, they moved to Motorola Mobility (a Lenovo Company) as a Configuration Specialist. In 2009, they became a Senior Support Engineer at WhiteHat Security. In 2011, they joined GT Nexus as a Customer Support Professional. In 2015, they began working at ClearCare as a Customer Support Specialist, and also at Infor as a Customer Success Manager. In 2020, they changed roles to become a Customer Success Manager at Elevate Security. Most recently, they have been a Customer Success Manager at Zerocater since 2021.
