Matthew Kusbit

Matthew Kusbit is a highly experienced analog IC designer currently serving as a Staff Analog IC Designer at Elevate Semiconductor since October 2023. Previously, Matthew worked at Qualcomm from August 2015 to July 2023, holding various roles including Staff Engineer and Senior Engineer, focusing on analog/mixed-signal circuit design as well as ASIC prototyping and emulation. Earlier internships at Qualcomm involved hardware engineering where Matthew designed high-accuracy battery current monitors and developed custom drivers for microprocessors. Matthew also gained experience as a Software Analyst/Developer Intern at Motorola Mobility and served as a Resident Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University, supporting first-year students. Matthew holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
