Michael Pham is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in test engineering and hardware development. Currently serving as a Sr Staff Test at Elevate Semiconductor since August 2025, Michael previously held significant roles including Sr. Staff ATE Test Engineer at indie Semiconductor and staff positions at Renesas Electronics and IDT. Michael's career began at Qualcomm, where contributions included planning and implementing test procedures for complex baseband SoC chipsets. Additional expertise includes hardware and software solutions for high-speed digital I/O and analog testing, as well as significant work on photonic silicon at Juniper Networks and data buffer chipsets at Rambus. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from UC San Diego and has further training with Advantest RDI/AVI64.
