Peter Staver, CFA, currently serves as the Regional Director of Business Development at Elevate Structures since June 2021. Previously, Peter held the position of Vice President at both City Center Realty Partners from June 2019 to March 2021 and Grosvenor Group from March 2012 to May 2019. Peter began their career as an Acquisitions Analyst at Acacia Capital, focusing on multifamily investments in West Coast barrier markets, and also worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Boston Capital, specializing in equity investments for market-rate multifamily apartment communities. Peter's professional journey commenced as a Project Engineer at Skanska USA Building Inc., where support was provided for significant projects such as the Duke University French Science Center. Peter holds a B.S.E. in Civil Engineering with an Architecture Certificate from Duke University (2002-2006).
