Richard Allen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership and financial management across multiple industries. As President of Elevate Structures since June 2016, Richard Allen has been pivotal in enhancing customer service and expanding company operations. Previously, Richard Allen served as Chief Financial Officer at Langham Creek Machine Works, where responsibilities included revenue growth through business planning and financial oversight. Richard Allen also held various executive roles at NCI Building Systems, Inc., including Executive Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, where focus areas encompassed customer needs analysis and stakeholder engagement, and interim President of Metl-Span, overseeing operations for a major insulated metal panel business. Richard Allen holds an MBA with a finance focus from the University of Houston and a B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Stephen F. Austin State University.
