David James has extensive experience in the sports and leisure industry, with roles ranging from Managing Director at Compass Group to Partner at Amrop Augmentum. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Elevate Talent, specializing in executive search and talent consulting within media, content, technology, and sports sectors. David also held leadership positions at CTPartners, Repucom International, and the Scottish Rugby Union. David holds a BA Hons in English & Film Studies from the University of East Anglia.
