Jay Harmas

Jay Harmas currently serves as the Director of Elevate+ at Elevate Ventures, focusing on post-investment initiatives to support the success of founders. Since May 2022, Jay has been the Owner of Blades Hair Design Studios, an established salon in Indianapolis. Prior experience includes multiple roles at Wunderkind from May 2017 to October 2023, culminating as Director of Implementation, where responsibilities included overseeing project execution for client and technical services. Jay's earlier career involved significant contributions to the Magic of David Copperfield as Stage Manager, where over 2,000 shows were cue-called, new illusions co-created, and extensive team management executed. Educational background includes studies at Indiana University Bloomington and Purdue University Northwest.
