John Bartley

John Bartley has a diverse background in data science and analytics. John is currently working at Elevate as the Data Science Vice President, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this role, they were the Senior Director of Data Science at Elevate from July 2020 to January 2022.

Before joining Elevate, John worked at Elevate Credit International Limited, where they held multiple roles. John was the Credit Risk Director from September 2019 to July 2020. Prior to that, they were the Director of UK Data Science from June 2019 to September 2019, and the UK Team Lead of Data Science from January 2017 to May 2019.

John's experience also includes working at Bluefin Solutions as a Senior Data Science Consultant from August 2015 to December 2016. John began their career at Atom Insight in 2010, where they served as a Senior Consultant until June 2015. At Atom Insight, they provided analytic expertise to clients in various industries, including financial institutions and online retailers.

Before joining Atom Insight, John worked at Tesco Bank as a Data Analyst from May 2009 to August 2010. John started their career at The Copeland Partnership in 2005 as an IT Manager and Researcher, a position they held until February 2009.

John Bartley attended More House from 1994 to 2000. John then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from Aberystwyth University, graduating with a 2:1 classification in 2005. In 2007, they enrolled at the University of Surrey and completed a Master of Science degree with merit in Business Economics and Finance in 2008.
