Ty Stansell is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and desktop troubleshooting. Currently serving as a Senior Desktop Technician at Elevate since September 2017, Ty Stansell manages hardware and software issues for over 350 local and remote end users and provides technical support for the Executive Leadership Team. Previously, Ty Stansell held the role of Desktop Support Technician II at Cash America Pawn from September 2011 to September 2017, where responsibilities included diagnosing and resolving escalated software and hardware incidents and imaging devices using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager. Additionally, as a Desk Side Technician, Ty Stansell executed custom builds of laptops and desktops and ensured optimal remote client connectivity.
