Ger Brophy

Ger Brophy is a life sciences technology leader with extensive experience in biopharma production and change management. They currently serve as a Strategic Advisor at ElevateBio and previously held the position of EVP Biopharma Production at Avantor, where they were instrumental in the company's $3B+ IPO in May 2019. Ger's career includes significant roles at GE Healthcare, where they led various segments including cell therapy and new product development. They earned a B.Sc./Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from Dublin City University.
