Kaylee Strahan

Kaylee Strahan serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources Business Partner at ElevateBio since October 2023. Previously, Kaylee held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at Recipharm from July 2022 to September 2023, following a role as Director of Human Resources at Vibalogics from January 2021 to July 2022, which was acquired by Recipharm in April 2022. Prior experience includes Human Resources Manager at AMRI (Albany Molecular Research Inc.) from October 2016 to January 2021, and Human Resources Business Partner at Beacon Health Options from November 2014 to October 2016. Kaylee began a career in human resources as a Benefits & HR Specialist at MetraTech Corp. from September 2012 to November 2014. Kaylee holds a Master's Degree in Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Lasell University and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Philosophy, and Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
