Kevin Bergin

Kevin Bergin currently serves as Senior Director of Facilities & Engineering at ElevateBio since September 2025, specializing in maintenance, metrology, and facility leadership at Basecamp Waltham. Prior to this role, Kevin spent eight years at Ipsen as Senior Director of Engineering, EHS, Facilities, and Real Estate for the Americas, ensuring compliance with cGMP standards and overseeing significant capital expenditures. Kevin's extensive experience includes positions at Sanofi, where responsibilities spanned from Associate Director of Engineering to Senior HVAC Engineer, managing engineering functions across multiple sites. Kevin holds an Executive Certificate in Leadership and Management from MIT Sloan School of Management, a Master’s degree in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, a BEng (Hons) in Building Services Engineering from Northumbria University, and a National Diploma in Environmental Engineering from Waterford Institute of Technology.
