Kurt Willner

Kurt Willner is a seasoned process engineer with extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Process Engineer in Technical Operations at ElevateBio since April 2024, Kurt previously held significant roles at Recipharm as Associate Director of Process Engineering and Sr. Manager of Process Engineering, where expertise in filling system performance and mRNA manufacturing was demonstrated. Earlier positions include Lead Process Engineer at DPS Group Global, where Kurt led design build projects, and Senior Process Engineer roles at CPS Process Solutions, DPS Engineering, and LEWA Process Technologies, focusing on custom design/build equipment and downstream processing. Kurt began the professional journey at Wyeth Biotech as a Process Engineer after earning a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University in 2000.
