Mike Schuster

Mike Schuster has extensive experience in the cell and gene therapy field, having held various roles in prominent organizations. They began their career as a Scientist I at Wil Research and progressed to positions such as Manufacturing Manager at Novartis Gene Therapies, overseeing teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Currently, Mike serves as the AD of Manufacturing at Landmark Bio and is also involved in commercial readiness operations at ElevateBio. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Miami and a Master of Science in Biotechnology at Rush University.
