Ming Jin

Ming Jin currently serves as Principal Scientist of Cellular Process Development at ElevateBio, where responsibilities include strategic collaboration for designing and overseeing cellular process development studies, particularly for CAR and TCR therapies, as well as talent management and leadership of junior staff. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Scientist at Astellas Pharma, focusing on improving GMP operations through technology evaluation and procedure optimization, and as Research Scientist at BioLegend, where Ming led initiatives on anti-Parkin antibodies and stem cell research. Additional experience includes serving as an Instructor/Investigator at Brigham and Women's Hospital, researching biochemical mechanisms of anti-β-Amyloid antibodies. Ming Jin holds a PhD in Neuroscience from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and a BS in Biochemistry from Nanjing University.
