Previously, Siddharth served as a Quality and Information Specialist at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, ensuring compliance with quality management standards in the Cellular Therapy Laboratory. They also worked at the New York Blood Center, where they held various positions in quality control, contributing to FDA licensure processes. Currently, Siddharth is the Associate Director of Supplier and Material Quality at ElevateBio, managing GxP supplier programs and fostering a quality-driven culture.
