Hai Wang

Hai Wang currently serves as the Director at Elevated Materials, overseeing new process and materials development with a focus on concurrent engineering, manufacturing, operations, and project management. Previously, at Applied Materials, Hai held the position of Director of Process Engineering and Senior Manager, handling hardware characterization and process development for lithium film manufacturing, while also engaging with global battery manufacturers to address their high-value problems. Prior experience includes roles at Heliotrope Technologies, Inc. as Chief Operations Officer and Director of Processing Engineering, where Hai led significant developments in electrochromic materials, and as Project Leader at Opalux Inc., spearheading innovative photonic ink technology. Hai Wang holds a PhD in Polymer and Materials Chemistry from the University of Toronto, an MSc in Polymer Chemistry from McMaster University, and a BSc in Chemistry from Nanjing University.
