Joe Timko is an experienced Operations Manager who has worked at Gibraltar IT, LLC for over a decade before joining Elevated MSP in July 2021. Joe has a strong background in managing helpdesk teams and implementing improvements in CRM and RMM platforms. Joe also has experience as a Project Manager and Helpdesk Administrator, where Joe monitored and maintained network/computer systems. Joe holds an Associate in Specialized Business Degree in Computer Systems Specialist from YTI Career Institute.
