Welcome to Elevate(her) Aviation - We are an organisation dedicated to raising the percentage of women in all aviation careers globally. We strive to inform, educate and inspire women all over the world and support them in achieving their dreams in aviation. 

We have thousands of members in 64 countries, and our membership is completely free for life. We host in person and online events, conduct outreach to schools globally and have a vibrant social media presence. We have also published ground breaking research and surveys about the aviator industry.
