ElevateOS is the execution and reporting layer for tutoring and admissions agencies, starting in Asia.

Agencies do the hard human work of teaching and advising. The reporting around it is where time disappears. A senior counsellor or operations lead rewrites every tutor's session note into something parents can read, chases updates across chat and documents, and still struggles to show families clear progress. As an agency grows, that work gets slower and more expensive.

ElevateOS fixes that layer. A tutor logs a 60-second note after a session. ElevateOS turns it into a parent-ready weekly report and a clear set of next steps, and gives the agency one place to track progress across every student. Tutors, counsellors, and parents share the same view, so parents always know where their child stands.

ElevateOS sits beneath an agency's own pedagogy and brand. Agencies keep their methodology and their margin while ElevateOS handles the reporting and visibility.

The standard we build to is the one families already pay a premium for: tutoring and advising from top-university students, with the kind of structured reporting usually reserved for high-end admissions firms. Agencies use ElevateOS to deliver that level of visibility at scale.

We start with a focused wedge, IB tutoring and admissions support for international-school families in Asia, beginning in Tokyo, then grow into the system of record for a student's academic journey.
