Isa P. is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in people experience and talent solutions. Currently serving as the Director of People Experience at Elevate since March 2017, Isa has progressively advanced from Associate Director to Sr. Manager in Talent Solutions, overseeing HR activities in the Philippines in collaboration with a global HR team. Prior to Elevate, Isa was the Head of Human Resources at Assurant BPO Solutions Inc., managing the HR department and personnel from December 2011 to March 2017.
