Luc van Daele is currently the Vice President and Geo Head Netherlands at Elevate, a position they have held since November 2025. Previously, they served as the Owner of Legadex from 2008 to 2025, and prior to that, they held roles including Head of Legal Affairs at Endemol N.V. from 2000 to 2008 and Senior Legal Counsel at Sara Lee from 1993 to 2000. Luc began their legal career as an advocaat at Trenite van Doorne from 1989 to 1993. They hold a Meester in de rechten from Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen and an LL.M. from Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
