Mars F. has extensive experience in compliance and regulatory roles, currently serving as Director of Compliance at Elevate since July 2016. Mars has progressed through various positions at Elevate, including Compliance Manager and Senior Compliance Associate focused on eCommunications Surveillance. Prior experiences include serving as Team Lead and Electronic Communications Review Analyst at Wells Fargo from October 2014 to July 2016, as well as holding the role of Stockbroker and Registered Representative at E*TRADE Financial Corporation from April 2013 to October 2014. Mars began a career in legislative support as a Legislative Staff Officer at the Senate of the Philippines from April 2012 to February 2013. Mars holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of the Philippines, earned between 2008 and 2012.
