Paula Forbes is a seasoned professional in customer engagement and client management with a diverse background in legal consulting and human resources. Currently serving as Managing Director and Global Head of Customer Engagement at Elevate since July 2020, Paula has previously held leadership roles at Elevate Flexible Legal Resourcing and Halebury, focusing on enhancing client relationships and managing talent acquisition. With a founding role at Dulwich Childcare and significant experience at Ernst & Young LLP, Paula combines expertise in project management and recruitment, underpinned by a BSc (Hons) in Geography from the University of Birmingham.
