Pedro Campos

Pedro leads Elevate’s consulting, where he and his team focus on strategy and operations advice to Law Firms. Pedro’s global career spans almost 20 years delivering successful business change and transformation programs to large corporations across different industries, leading projects across fortune 500 companies like Shell, IBM, Deutsche Bank and Global 100 law firms as Hogan Lovells, Freshfields, Mayer Brown, Akin Gump, Foley and Lardner and the Lex Mundi Network among others.

Prior to joining Elevate, Pedro was the Global Head of Continuous Improvement at Hogan Lovells, based in London, he had global responsibility for developing and implementing the processes, tools and methods that allow the US$2B turnover law firm to provide more efficient and customer-focused legal services. Including leading two global shared services centres (US and South Africa), the creation of the Marketing Operations function and the development of their Data Strategy. Originally from Brazil, Pedro holds an MBA from Cass Business School and frequently speaks at operational excellence conferences around the world.
