Sohail Karol has extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as Associate Director, People - US at Elevate since July 2015. Sohail's career at Elevate includes roles such as Senior Manager and Associate Director in People Operations, Manager in People Operations, Assistant Manager in HR, and Global HR Operations Specialist.
