Lee Novak

Lee Novak has extensive experience in control room operations within the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Control Room Supervisor at Elevation Midstream since March 2019, Lee also holds the position of Lead Control Room Operator at 3Bear Energy, LLC, since July 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Control Room Operator III at Extraction Oil & Gas from March 2019 to June 2020 and working as a Pipeline Controller at Noble Midstream Partners LP from February 2013 to March 2019.
