Andy Warren

Andy Warren is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the real estate and economic development sectors. Currently serving as Cofounder and President at Build To Stay and Coronet Communities, Warren holds significant roles as a Board Member and Board Chairman at the Greater Phoenix Economic Council. Additionally, Warren contributes to various advisory boards, including those for Land Advisors Organization, Elevation, and Diamond Age. Previously, Warren was President of Maracay Homes and held leadership positions at EYA and Winchester Homes Inc. Warren's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Wake Forest University and an MBA in Finance from The George Washington University School of Business.
