Katrina Draper

Katrina Draper has been working in Human Resources since 2004. Katrina began their career as a Senior HR Generalist at Landmark Aviation in 2004, and then moved to StandardAero in the same role. In 2018, they were promoted to Senior Manager, Human Resources at StandardAero Component Services in Cincinnati. In 2020, they left StandardAero to become a Business Owner at Draper Resources, LLC. Most recently, they returned to the Human Resources field in 2021 as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Elevation.

Katrina Draper attended Beckfield College-Tri-County from 2014 to 2018, where they studied Human Resource. Katrina also attended Mansfield Business College from 1987 to 1989.
