Since 1970, Elevator Control Service (ELCON) has steadily transformed from a locally grown small business to one of the Nation’s largest and most reputable independently owned and operated vertical transportation contractors in the industry today, and the premier elevator service provider serving the Washington D.C. and Baltimore metropolitan areas for more than 50 years. We recently increased our footprint on the industry by further expanding our services in a concerted effort to accommodate our valued customers growing demands for quality elevator and escalator services stretching from Savannah Georgia to Orlando Florida and all points in between.

ELCON is uniquely qualified and offers unparalleled industry knowledge that is undeniably second to none. We locally employ one of the largest contingencies of nationally certified tradesmen and women diversely trained on virtually all brands of vertical transportation conveyances regardless of type, vintage, or complexity, with an unrivaled management staff predominantly composed of recognized trade specialist comprising over 700 years of unprecedented technical expertise.

Our comprehensive preventive Maintenance Control Program (MCP) is individually customized to meet or exceed specific equipment demands and optimize performance reliability based upon the precise make, model, usage, inherent factors, and applicable operating environments in which the respective devices are intended to serve. Given the fact that ELCON is not a manufacturer, nor a subsidiary to a higher authority, Elevator Control Service truly specializes in precision service superiority by not over burdening our skilled technicians with unmanageable service routes, and does not rely on low bid or technical dependency to obtain or retain customer loyalty.
