Todd Mannherz has over 15 years of experience in the engineering and IT fields. Todd began their career in 2005 as a QA Engineer for Sterling Commerce an AT&T company, where they managed product additions from end-to-end, including test plan authoring and execution, defect detection and correction, and documentation revision. In 2007, they became Lead Engineer and Web Developer for One Pica, Inc., where they developed high-traffic, enterprise-grade software, built site frontends with cross-browser, standard-compliant support, and integrated 3rd-party APIs into maintainable, reusable modules. In 2012, they returned to The Grommet as a Senior Software Engineer, where they translated the ideas of the product and design teams into unit-tested, robust features on a high-traffic Magento platform and managed the transition from in-house to outsourced fulfillment. In 2014, they joined Dartmouth Capital as Director of IT & Development, where they managed all aspects of IT and engineering, executed the transition to CI and a cloud-hosted microservices architecture, and developed a rigorous compliance program to securely serve sensitive data. In 2018, they returned to The Grommet as Director of Engineering and Senior Software Engineer, Team Lead. In 2021, they began their current role as VP of Engineering for Elevent.
Todd Mannherz attended Lehigh University from 2001 to 2002 and then transferred to Tufts University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Engineering in 2005. In 2011, they obtained a Magento Certified Developer Plus certification from Magento Commerce.
