Lukáš Bartoň

Lukáš Bartoň is the Head of M&A at Elevion Group, where they lead strategic projects within the energy industry. With four years of experience managing multidisciplinary teams, they focus on M&A, business transformation, digitalization, and process redesign. Previously, Lukáš served as a Program Manager at ČEZ, where they developed restructuring plans and optimized business structures for energy operations abroad. They hold a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the University of Economics, Prague, and a Master's degree in the same field, along with a course in innovations and entrepreneurship from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
