Senior Director Of Curriculum And Training at Elevo Learning

Ashley Pearlman has a diverse work experience that spans several educational institutions. Ashley started their career as a Teacher at Bend La Pine Schools in 2007, where they taught first-grade students for a year. Ashley then returned to Bend La Pine Schools in 2010 as a Teacher at a magnet school, teaching grades ranging from Kindergarten to 8th grade.

In 2012, Ashley joined EF English First as an English Teacher, focusing on teaching Chinese children aged 3 to 15 years old. Ashley also coordinated an extra program called Life Club to enhance English practice.

Ashley continued their tenure in EF Education First in 2013, taking on the role of Senior International English Teacher before transitioning to the role of Director of Studies in 2013. As the Center Academic Manager, they managed a team of 20 international and Chinese teachers, conducted quarterly observations and appraisals, and contributed to the regional academic program and training initiatives.

From 2016 to 2017, Ashley served as the Senior Director of Studies at EF Education First and was responsible for mentoring incoming managers, organizing academic programs, and participating in offsite meetings. Ashley then became the Academic Director from 2017 to 2021, overseeing curriculum development and training.

Most recently, Ashley joined Elevo Learning in 2021 as the Senior Director of Curriculum and Training.

Ashley Pearlman obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Teaching from Oregon State University from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they also earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the same university, spanning from 2002 to 2007. Additionally, in March 2012, they obtained the Teaching Knowledge Test Young Learners certification, although the institution where they obtained it is unspecified.
