Carolina Feria, MBA, serves as the Director of Program Implementation at Elevo Learning since 2023. Prior to this role, Carolina worked at McGraw Hill as the Implementation Manager of Professional Services in California from 2021 to 2023. Carolina's experience also includes positions at Achieve3000 as the Curriculum & Implementation Project Manager for the West region from 2019 to 2021, at KIPP Foundation as a Product Specialist and Lead Master Teacher from 2017 to 2019, and at Teach For America as the Founding ELA Department Chair and Multi-Subject Teacher, as well as a Campus Campaign Coordinator from 2014 to 2017. Carolina earned a Bachelor's Degree from UC Santa Barbara, a Multiple Subject California Teaching Credential from the High Tech High Graduate School of Education, and an MBA from San Diego State University.
