Katy Wallace

Katy Wallace has over 22 years of experience in education and instructional leadership. Katy is currently working as the Director of District Partnerships at Elevo Learning, where they focus on designing and implementing ELO Programs and school-based budget solutions. Prior to this, they held various roles at Lompoc Unified School District, including Education Services Coordinator, School Principal, Consulting Teacher, Education Specialist, Special Education Department Chair, ESY Principal, and Varsity Coach. At Santa Barbara County Education Office, they worked as a Pre-School Inclusion Specialist. Throughout their career, Katy has demonstrated their ability to support schools and districts in building strong after-school programming and serving all populations.

Katy Wallace has a diverse education history. Katy earned their Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Chapman University, completing their studies from 1997 to 2000. Katy later pursued a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from the same institution, obtaining it in 2008. In 2005, Katy attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they specialized in Education at the Mild/Moderate Level I. Before their university studies, they obtained their high school diploma from Cabrillo High School, though the exact years are unknown.

Additionally, Katy has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Katy earned an edX Verified Certificate for Sales in Sport Business from edX in October 2022. Moreover, they hold an Administrative Services Credential from the California Department of Education, which they obtained in November 2021. Lastly, Katy is also an Education Specialist, having been certified by the California Department of Education in the same month and year.
