Madison Labay

Madison Labay is a Coach Onboarding & Experience Specialist at Elevo Learning, where responsibilities include managing the onboarding process for new coaches in Southern and Central California school districts, enhancing coach satisfaction through effective communication and support. Prior experience includes an internship at the Center for Employment Opportunities, providing employment assistance to formerly incarcerated participants, and serving as a server at La Gran Terraza, where training of new employees was a key duty. Madison has also worked in negotiations support at Financial Rescue LLC and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of San Diego.
