Megan Murphy has a strong work experience in the education industry. Starting in 2011, they worked at EF Education First, where they held multiple roles including Director, Director of Customer Service, Housing and Recruitment Director, and Coordinator. During their time there, they managed operations, budgets, and staff, and implemented strategies to increase client lead generation and recruitment. Megan also focused on improving customer satisfaction and resolving customer issues. In 2021, Megan joined Elevo Learning as the Director of Operations, and later promoted to Vice President of Operations in 2023.
Megan Murphy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara. Megan also pursued a minor in Education and Applied Psychology, focusing on Educational Studies. In addition to their formal education, Megan has obtained several certifications in various fields. These certifications include Learning Data Analytics and Scrum: The Basics, both obtained from LinkedIn in July 2021. Megan also completed the Project Management Foundations: Requirements course from LinkedIn in March 2021. Prior to that, Megan completed the Excel Essential Training (Office 365/Microsoft 365) course from LinkedIn in December 2020. One of their earlier certifications includes Managing Disruption and Leading Digital Transformation, which they obtained from Ashridge Executive Education, Hult International Business School in August 2020.
