We work hand-in-hand with schools to nurture our next generation with a full range of SEL-infused programs. Our WASC-accredited curriculum is designed to promote social-emotional learning through physical well-being and enrichment activities. 

Our programs provide opportunities to learn, move, and thrive together beyond classroom walls. Through the support and training of our staff, our coaches confidently lead children in fun and engaging activities designed to create opportunities for learning while developing essential life skills.

We engage students, excite parents, and support educators through the following programs:

This department is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and acquiring goods and services from external suppliers.

Sourcing Department

The Operations Team at Elevo Learning ensures the seamless delivery of all programs by overseeing logistics, managing resources, and coordinating communication between staff and schools. They support the infrastructure required for successful program implementation, from curriculum facilitation to staffing and equipment distribution, guaranteeing that students, educators, and parents receive high-quality SEL-infused enrichment activities.

Operations Team

The Curriculum and Training Team at Elevo Learning is responsible for developing, refining, and implementing the company’s WASC-accredited, social-emotional learning (SEL) infused programs. This team supports the training and ongoing development of coaches and educators to ensure they can confidently lead engaging, educational activities. They focus on maintaining high-quality curriculum standards and providing continual professional development and resources to foster a positive learning environment in partner schools.

Curriculum and Training Team

The Directors team at Elevo Learning plays a crucial role in steering the company's mission and operations. They oversee the financial health, site success, and partnerships, ensuring that all programs are effectively implemented and expanded. This team manages technology, develops curriculums, and enhances employee experience while also utilizing data and analytics to inform strategic decisions, ensuring a high-quality, SEL-infused learning environment across all partnered schools.

By fostering strong partnerships, they ensure that Elevo's SEL-infused programs are effectively implemented to enhance the well-being and development of students across various schools.

District Partnerships Team

The Human Resources and Onboarding team at Elevo Learning is responsible for recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new staff, including coaches who lead student programs. They ensure new employees are well-prepared through comprehensive training and support. The team also manages employee relations, benefits, and professional development, fostering a positive work environment that aligns with Elevo’s mission to enhance the well-being of students.

Human Resources and Onboarding

The Customer Support & Success team at Elevo Learning is dedicated to ensuring a positive and effective experience for our partner schools and program participants. This team provides comprehensive support, including troubleshooting issues, answering queries, and facilitating smooth program implementation. They also work closely with schools to monitor progress, gather feedback, and enhance program outcomes, ensuring that Elevo’s mission of improving student well-being and engagement is effectively achieved.
