Vincent Boulet

Vincent Boulet is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, entrepreneurship, and commercial operations. Currently serving as an Expert assurances at ELEX since September 2022, Vincent previously contributed to significant renovation projects at MOISSET, where a complete rehabilitation of a 1960s building was achieved over two years. Vincent's entrepreneurial journey includes managing a brasserie in Paris from January 2017 to December 2019, ensuring the establishment's sustainability in a competitive environment. Prior experience as a Chef de rang in various Parisian brasseries provided valuable insights into successful operational practices, complemented by a role in Coca-Cola Enterprises focused on enhancing product presence and client relationships. Vincent holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from ISTEC and has pursued educational opportunities at San Francisco State University and Niels Brock.
